Moline, Illinois-based QCR Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: QCRH), the parent company of Guaranty Bank in Springfield, posted a company net income record in the third quarter.
Profits at QCR Holdings climbed 32% to $36.7 million from $27.8 million a year earlier, according to a news release. Diluted share earnings rose to $2.16 from $1.64 per share in the same quarter of 2024.
“We delivered outstanding third-quarter results, achieving record net income and strong EPS growth of 26% compared to the second quarter,” said Todd Gipple, president and CEO of QCR Holdings, in the release. “Our exceptional performance was driven by a strong rebound in capital markets revenue, as well as robust loan growth and continued net interest margin expansion that led to a significant increase in net interest income.”
As of Sept. 30, Guaranty Bank assets and deposits were roughly flat at $2.4 billion and $1.8 billion, respectively. Guaranty has 15 branches in southwest Missouri.

QCRH shares were trading at $76.59 as of 11:10 a.m., compared with a 52-week range of $60.83 to $96.08 per share.
