Guaranty Bank has filled a C-suite role that was recently vacated upon the appointment of a new president at the company.
Tyler Stalker has been named executive vice president and chief lending officer, effective today, according to a news release. As chief lending officer, he succeeds Becky Scorse, who became Guaranty's president in January.
“Tyler brings exceptional leadership, a strong understanding of our market and a deep commitment to those we serve,” Scorse said in the release. "His dedication to our customers and communities makes him an ideal person to help lead our lending operations forward."
Stalker, who has more than 19 years of banking experience in the Springfield market, has worked at Guaranty Bank since 2014. He previously was senior vice president and residential lending manager, overseeing real estate and consumer lending teams.
Guaranty Bank is a subsidiary of Moline, Illinois-based QCR Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: QCRH), which reported 2024 profits of $113.85 million, up from $113.56 million in 2023. Guaranty Bank's assets and deposits were $2.3 billion and $1.8 billion, respectively, at the end of the year.
