The dividend, payable July 14 to stockholders of record July 30, was unchanged from Guaranty’s first-quarter dividend. It will be paid on 2.79 million shares of common stock.
Guaranty has paid 26 consecutive dividends since it was formed in 1997, including nine consecutive semi-annual dividends and 17 consecutive quarterly dividends.
Guaranty Bank has eight locations in Greene and Christian counties. Shares of the holding company’s stock (Nasdaq: GFED) closed June 23 at $28.10, compared to a 52-week range of $23 to $30.59.
