Grumpy Cat dies

Grumpy Cat, who became an internet meme with her permanent scoul, died last week. She was 7.

Actually named Tardar Sauce, the cat appeared in a television ad for Honey Nut Cheerios, was the official "spokescat" for Friskies and even starred in a Lifetime Christmas movie.

The cat began her rise to fame with photos captioned with grumpy thoughts, such as, “I had fun once. It was awful.”
