Groups discuss how to spend Rams settlement

St. Louis groups are now in discussions on how to divvy up a settlement from the Rams lawsuit.

Last week, the NFL, Rams and local St. Louis governments agreed to a $790 million settlement over the team's 2016 relocation to Los Angeles.

Now, the city of St. Louis, St. Louis County and the Regional Convention and Sports Complex Authority will decide how best to use $500 million. The rest of the settlement went toward attorney fees and expenses.
