A group of 26 Taylor Swift fans filed suit against Ticketmaster over sales issues for her Eras Tour.
Some fans last month were unable to buy tickets to the tour after Ticketmaster crashed during the initial "verified fan" presale. Ticketmaster then canceled the public sale afterward, saying there were insufficient tickets.
The lawsuit accuses Ticketmaster of "intentionally and purposefully" allowing scalpers and bots to snap up tickets.
"Ticketmaster was eager to allow this arrangement, as Ticketmaster is paid again in additional fees every time a ticket is resold," the lawsuit alleges, referring to Ticketmaster's resale market.
