Gov. Eric Greitens and his senior staff reportedly are using an app that deletes text messages after they've been read.
The app, Confide, also prevents anyone from saving, forwarding, printing or taking a screenshot of the message.
Parker Briden, the governor’s press secretary, told The Kansas City Star via email that “I don’t believe anyone has (Confide) downloaded on a state-issued device.”
