A campaign committee for former Gov. Eric Greitens yesterday filed paperwork indicating a statewide office run in 2024 is a possibility.
While the filing does not mean Greitens definitely will run for office, it allows the Greitens for Missouri committee to spend and raise money into 2024, the St. Louis Business Journal reports.
The committee had $438,000 in cash as of April.
Greitens resigned as Missouri's governor amid allegations of an extramarital affair and campaign violations involving his nonprofit.
