Former Gov. Eric Greitens acknowledged there was enough evidence against him for a trial.
That's according to the full settlement agreement released Wednesday by Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner.
A previously redacted portion of the agreement states Greitens’ lawyers “stipulate that the state has sufficient evidence to constitute a submissible case" related to the felony invasion of privacy charge.
“It means nothing, when you look at it,” Greitens defense lawyer Jack Garvey said of the disclosure Wednesday. “It’s completely done for public relations.”
