Greene County Commissioner Viebrock won't seek re-election

Greene County Presiding Commissioner Jim Viebrock has indicated he will not seek re-election after his current term ends.

Viebrock, elected in November 2010 to beat out long-term incumbent Dave Coonrod, said he is ending his career in public office at the end of his four-year term in 2014, according to KSPR.

The Republican had previously served eight years in the Missouri House of Representatives, representing Republic residents.
