A new Greek restaurant is on its way to Battlefield Mall.
Alli Gray, director of marketing and business development at the Springfield retail center, said the concept called It’s Greek to Me is targeting a first-quarter opening in the dining pavilion.
The restaurant will be located between Yan’s Sushi & Grill and Neighborhood News, said Gray.
That's the spot previously occupied by Greek in the Box, which closed this year.
It's Greek to Me, a full-service restaurant with traditional and contemporary Greek dishes, also operates a location at Northpark Mall in Joplin, according to the retail center's website.
April 7 was the official opening day for Mexican-Italian fusion restaurant Show Me Chuy after a soft launch that started March 31; marketing agency AdZen debuted; and the Almighty Sando Shop opened a brick-and-mortar space.
