Great Southern opens Forsyth bank

Posted online
Great Southern Bancorp has opened a full-service banking center in Forsyth, the first Great Southern Bank in the city.

The facility is located at 15695 U.S. Highway 160.

"We already have the opportunity of serving many customers who live in the Forsyth area and we’re glad that we can make our services even more accessible to them," Great Southern President and CEO Joseph W. Turner said in the release. "Branson Lakes-area customers will also enjoy added convenience as this new location complements our four other Great Southern locations operating in the region - three in Branson and one in Kimberling City.”

Tenya Privett, market manager for Branson, also will manage the Forsyth location.

The bank also has hired an assistant manager, Alisha Fish, who will lead four tellers.

Great Southern Bancorp has total assets of $3.4 billion and operates 75 banking centers and more than 200 ATMs in Missouri, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska, according to the release.[[In-content Ad]]
