Great Southern Bank Operations Center

Great Southern Bank is adding 20,000 square feet to its operations center, including offices, cubicles and at least three conference rooms. Morelock-Ross Builders Inc. is the general contractor for the roughly $2.5 million project, slated for completion in March. Hood-Rich Inc. is the architect and the civil and structural engineer for the project, and Smith-Goth Engineers Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The design of the addition is compatible with the existing structure, a remodeled former Albertson’s grocery store Great Southern moved into in 2004.
