Great Game of Business Inc. promoted two leaders as another decided to focus on coaching.

Rich Armstrong, president of the open-book style management system company since 2005, is shifting his focus to full-time coaching on Feb. 1, according to a news release. He'll also be responsible for expanding the awareness and practice of the Great Game high-involvement strategic planning method.  

“I’m excited to get back to working closer with our practitioners and our incredible coaching community,” said Armstrong, who will stay part of the GGOB advisory board, in the release.  

Darin Bridges, GGOB's vice president of coaching since 2019, is slated to succeed Armstrong. Prior to joining GGOB, Bridges was the 10-year director of sales and marketing and vice president of business development at sister company Springfield Remanufacturing Corp.  

“I truly believe that the Great Game of Business is the system that empowers everyone to make a positive difference in their lives,” said Bridges, who also will be joining the company's advisory board, in the release. “I can’t wait to build on the relationships I’ve already established with the dynamic Great Game team as well as with its community of coaches, partners and practitioners.”

Brian Underhill is replacing Bridges as head of coaching. Underhill has worked for nearly four years as a client implementation manager at GGOB, according to his LinkedIn profile.
