KVC Missouri, a nonprofit juvenile psychiatric health provider, is the buyer.
Great Circle has locations throughout Missouri, including Springfield.
The nonprofit has faced issues in recent years. Former CEO Vincer Hillyer was found guilty of misdemeanor assault after restraining a child on a sofa in an office. Great Circle also settled a case in which it was accused of overbilling Medicaid by nearly $2 million, according to the Kansas City Business Journal.
