Gray Television buys 17 stations for $2.7B

Gray Television entered a deal with Meredith Corp. to buy 17 TV stations.

The deal announced this week is valued at $2.7 billion.

The acquisition includes Missouri CBS affiliates KMOV in St. Louis and KCTV in Kansas City.
