WCI Inc. is the general contractor for Grand Crowne Plaza in Branson for owner/developer C.J. Perme, president of Grand Crowne Resorts. According to Grant Poyner, chief operating officer of Grand Crowne Resorts, the project was designed by Tom Treat of Treat Architects PC of Branson. The engineer is Silverhill Co. LLC of Springfield. Poyner said the lender is Chambers Bank of Danville, Ark., and the total estimated cost of construction is $1.6 million. Grand Crowne Plaza, which comprises 24,260 square feet, will have 12 general retail spaces on two levels when it is completed in March.
