Grand Crowne Plaza

Slated for completion at the end of April, the Grand Crowne Plaza will offer 12 general retail spaces on two levels. WCI Inc. of Branson is the general contractor, and the architect is Tom Treat of Branson-based Treat Architects PC. Springfield firm Silverhill Co. LLC is the engineer for the 24,260-square-foot project for owner/developer C.J. Perme, president of Grand Crowne Resorts in Branson. According to Grant Poyner, chief operating officer of Grand Crowne Resorts, Chambers Bank of Danville, Ark., is the lender for the approximately $1.6 million project. The leasing agent is M.D. Neill USA of Branson.
