Looks like it might be time to break up with Siri. She’s just not that into you. At least not when compared to predictive technologies like Cortana and Google Now.
CNNMoney reports that the next big tech wave will be contextual and predictive technologies such as those offered by Microsoft’s Cortana and Google Now. These features can scan apps to know when and where you will need certain information and present it to you without you doing anything.
According to the report, the inability to put how you use your device into context and anticipate what you need to know next is what makes Siri’s voice recognition a gimmick and not a true digital assistant.
