A former Google employee has been indicted on charges of sharing trade secrets.
Linwei Ding, aka Leon Ding, is accused of allegedly stealing trade secrets and sharing them with tech firms in his native China.
Ding was hired by Google in 2019 to develop software the company describes as its “supercomputing data centers,” used to develop advanced models of artificial intelligence.
