Courtney Demolition knocks a hole in the Heer’s Nonsense Shop Aug. 16 to make room for the new car park. The demolition crew also will remove the former Book Rack building and Heer’s Power Plant. The main Heer’s building will be renovated into offices and condominiums, while Prost Builders designs and constructs the new car park.
