Ozark Chamber of Commerce presents its 16th annual Spring Golf Tournament with a 2 p.m. shotgun start at Fremont Hills Country Club, 1953 Fremont Hills Drive in Nixa. The Home Builders Association of Greater Springfield presents the 2007 HBA Spring Golf Tournament at Rivercut. The two-person scramble has two tee times. Check-in for the morning session is at 7 a.m. with tee-off at 8 a.m. The afternoon session begins with a noon check-in time and tee-off at 1 p.m. Lunch will be served for both groups between tee times. The 14th annual Come Out & Play tournament benefiting Council of Churches of the Ozarks, will have two shotgun starts. Golfers can choose between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. start times. Women’s Golf Week is observed with special events for women only. A party at 7 p.m. May 31 at Highland Springs Country Club, 5400 Highland Springs Blvd., will kick off the festivities.
