Golden Pond

Countryland Property Management is the owner/developer and general contractor for Golden Pond, which includes five commercial lots and 19 acres for multifamily dwellings. The total development will comprise 19 buildings; 10 are finished and four are under construction. All are to be finished by summer 2008. H Design Group is the architect and the engineer for the approximately $30 million project. Financing is through Great Southern Bank.
