The 10,300-square-foot restaurant will seat about 380 patrons. The wood-frame building will have brick veneer and vinyl siding, and there will be about 175 parking spaces. The estimated cost for the project is $3.5 million, Shelenhamer said, and financing is by Liberty Bank. The restaurant is scheduled for completion in August. [[In-content Ad]]
