Albert B. Fisher Jr., the oldest competitive male swimmer in Missouri, is being honored Aug. 23 by the Ozarks Regional YMCA. The YMCA is holding a reception for him in honor of his 90th birthday.

Fisher, who served two terms on the YMCA Corporate Board, has funded the YMCA mission for 26 years. In his career in the pharmaceutical industry, Fisher served as both director of research and executive director of the National Wholesale Druggists’ Association. He also lectured at the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania.[[In-content Ad]]
