GoDaddy latest dot-com to go for IPO

Internet domain registration company GoDaddy has filed its prospectus to sell $100 million worth of shares to the public, but the deal is expected to be much bigger when completed.

The IPO could fetch as much as $750 million when complete, according to USA Today.

Over the past year, there have been 117 initial public offerings, Renaissance Capital says. That’s up 52 percent from the same period last year.
