Housing prices worldwide are growing at the fastest pace since 2006.
Average prices globally increased 7.3% for the 12-month period ending March 31, according to Knight Frank’s Global House Price Index report.
Turkey topped the list with 32% growth, followed by New Zealand at 22.1%. The United States, at No. 5, posted a 13.2% jump.
