Global central banks dump US debt at record pace

Global central banks are selling America's debt at a record pace.

During the first six months of the year, foreign central banks unloaded a net $192 million of U.S. Treasury bonds, more than double the pace in the same period last year.

The selloff is the largest since at least 1978.
