Giuliani threatens to sue Congress

Rudy Giuliani, President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, threatened a lawsuit against House Democrats.

Giuliani took issue with Democrats who are investigating the president's interactions with Ukraine. Speaking with Fox News' Laura Ingraham, Giuliani claimed the lawmakers are violating Article II of the Constitution, which gives the president the "power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two-thirds of the senators present concur."

The House recently launched an impeachment inquiry into Trump after it was revealed he asked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to help him in his re-election campaign, specifically targeting Democratic contender Joe Biden.
