Giorgio Armani has a succession plan in place to prevent his fashion empire from being split.
Armani, 83, says after he dies, three people named by him will be in charge of a foundation he created last year as a succession tool.
The foundation members will serve as the tie-breaker when the evenly numbered board of directors reaches an impasse.
