Pharmaceutical maker Gilead Sciences reached an agreement with the Trump administration.
Under the agreement, Gilead will donate drugs that reduce the risk of HIV transmission to up to 200,000 people annually.
The drugs usually sell for $1,600 to $2,000 a month.
