University of Missouri-Rolla’s design team poses with its entry into the 2007 Formula SAE race. The 2007 competition took place May 16–20 at the Ford Michigan Proving Grounds in Romeo, Mich. The race is a collegiate design competition, where students compete with small, formula-style cars designed and created from the ground up as a team.

Kendall International did marketing work for the team on the project, while Transport Graphics designed vinyl graphics for the vehicle; both companies are based in Springfield.
