Former General Electric CEO Jeffrey Immelt is among finalists for the top Uber position, people familiar with the matter told The Associated Press.
"He's a front-runner but may not be the front-runner," said one of the people. "It's not as if everything's over."
Uber is searching for a successor to co-founder Travis Kalanick, who stepped down amid controversies, including reports of sexual harassment within the company.
