Germ-X hand sanitizer manufacturer Vi-Jon is planning to add jobs in St. Louis.
The company announced it would invest $70 million and add 400 new jobs at its St. Louis and Smyrna, Tennessee, plants. More than half of the investment is planned at the Tennessee facility.
"Despite the difficulties experienced across the broader economy, Vi-Jon has experienced significant demand growth across its broad platform of health and hygiene products," said Rich Koulouris, Vi-Jon's CEO.
