A city-owned baseball development in Columbus, Georgia, is seeking to draw $350 million in private investment.
The $50 million Synovus Park, a renovation of the former Golden Park, is slated to be the home of the Atlanta Braves’ Double-A affiliate.
The private investment is expected in the form of mixed-use development around the park.
