General Motors is raising its full-year guidance after topping analysts' expectations in the third quarter.
The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $2.80 in the third quarter, above expectations of $2.31 per share. Revenue of $48.6 billion beat analysts' projections of $45.3 billion.
For the full year, General Motors now expects adjusted earnings before interest and taxes of between $12 billion and $13 billion, up from a range of $10 billion to $12.5 billion previously.
