GE posts $10B loss

General Electric reported a $10 billion net loss for the fourth quarter.

The drop was driven by an already announced $11 billion charge for insurance losses and taxes, according to Reuters.

The loss compares with a profit of $3.5 billion in fourth-quarter 2016.
