Jordan Valley Recreational Ice Facility
Located on East Trafficway, this $7.3 million project for the Springfield-Greene County Park Board comprises 75,000 square feet and will be complete this fall.
Mark Wolthuis, PE, is the project engineer, and Walton Construction Company Inc. is the contractor.
As an engineering consultant for Ankeny Kell Architects of St. Paul, Minn., Gaskin-Hill-Norcross has provided the mechanical and electrical design for the new Jordan Valley Recreational Ice Facility.
Eagerly anticipated by the community, this project will provide two ice sheets with supporting facilities that include dressing rooms, skate rental area, concessions and viewing area.
