Olathe, Kansas-based Garmin has acquired a Dutch company.
The financial terms were undisclosed for the purchase of MyLaps, which provides timing, live tracking and performance analysis tools for sports.
"We are excited to bring MyLaps and their trusted timing technologies into the Garmin family and believe the combination will transform the competitive experience for our passionate customers," said Brad Trenkle, co-COO of Garmin.
