City planners in Gardner, located in northern Missouri, have given the initial nod to a planned industrial park.
Gardner city planners voted 5-1 on a rezoning and associated development plan and plat for the industrial park, called Cross Roads Commerce Center. They also gave the nod to the final development plan for the first building in the industrial park. Gardener City Council is scheduled to consider the project on Feb. 17.
Clare Road, California-based Panattoni Development Co. is behind the plans for eight spec warehouses on 180 acres off Interstate 35 in Gardner.
