Wargraphs, a gaming startup with one employee and no outside funding, has been acquired.
Wargraphs is being acquired for $54 million by MOBA Networks, which runs online gaming communities. MOBA is short for "multiplayer online battle arena."
Wargraphs is a companion app for video game League of Legends.
