Video game retailer GameStop entered a multiyear partnership with Microsoft.
Through the deal, GameStop will utilize Microsoft's cloud-based business applications and customer data platform to gather customer data analytics.
Microsoft plans to leverage the deal by including 24 months of its gaming subscription service with sales of Xbox consoles. Xbox is owned by Microsoft.
