GameStop Corp. CEO George Sherman is stepping down by July 31.
The video game retailer has undergone a series of leadership changes since Chewy Inc. co-founder Ryan Cohen became a board member in January.
Cohen, who has been nominated as GameStop’s chairperson, has recommended the company focus on e-commerce and reduce its store count.
