Galloway Investments LLC

Creative Ink Architects LLC is the architect for its new offices under owner/developer Galloway Investments LLC. Meridian Structural Works is the structural engineer, and LaRose & Schober Engineering is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the approximately $385,000 project. Commerce Bank is the lender for the project, which entails renovation and re-use of a residence built in 1907 in Galloway Village on old Highway 65. The house will be turned into an architectural studio. Plans also call for 1,400 square feet of new floor space, and a redesign of the building’s elevations to theme the project as an early 1900s trading company. The project is designed to be compatible with the commercial structures that were built along the Galloway Creek valley at the end of the 19th century. The project is set for completion in March.
