Howard Bailey Co. is the general contractor for John and Lee Haik’s Gallery Eleven retail center, slated for completion this month. The architect is Baron Design & Associates Inc. Engineers are Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Silverhill Co. LLC, structural. The 33,800-square-foot center has an estimated cost of $2 million, with financing through Liberty Bank. There are 21 units in the center. The Haiks are relocating one of their businesses, Ozark Adventures, to Gallery Eleven. Other tenants that have signed on are Dagwood’s Sandwich Shoppes and a lounge called Parlor 88.
