An Ozarks man this month filed a lawsuit against General Motors.
The suit alleges the Gainesville man, who is paraplegic, received second- and third-degree burns from his 2008 Chevrolet Silverado's seat warmer.
The man said that since he has no feeling below the waist, he didn't notice the damages until he got home from a trip to Louisiana.
