Nixa-based insulation and exterior building products company G5 Enterprises Inc. is again expanding with an acquisition.
G5 agreed to buy Harrison, Arkansas-based Judy’s Insulation, a more than 50-year-old provider of insulation, siding, replacement windows and cabinets, according to a news release. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
“The acquisition of Judy’s Insulation enhances our presence in an existing market,” said Ian Yates, marketing coordinator for G5, in the release.
Yates said G5 Enterprises has made five acquisitions, including the Judy’s Insulation deal, since 2016, buying insulation and exterior installation companies in Missouri and Arkansas. The company’s brands include Arkansas Insulation, Bolivar Insulation, insulUSA, Ballards Insulation, Southwestern Professional Exteriors and S&S Insulation.
“At this time, acquisitions are a key component of our growth plan and we continue [to] acquire market share across our territories, products and end markets,” he said in the release.
The Courageous Church is growing its footprint with the addition of a new East Campus, made possible through a merger with the former Eastern Gate Free Will Baptist Church.
