Pop culture toy maker Funko has reached a $2.1 million settlement to resolve allegations that it misled investors.
Litigation has alleged former Funko CEO Brian Mariotti and other company leaders breached their fiduciary duties by making “false and misleading statements to Funko stockholders and the public.”
Funko's announcement indicates the defendants did not admit wrongdoing in the settlement.
