Congratulations to Mr. Fulk. It's great that CU is in such capable hands. With the new budget, I appreciate the goal of increasing the power supply. Given the ever-increasing threat of cyber attacks to municipal systems, I would like to see increased funding for cyber defense and system resiliency.
