The Federal Trade Commission sued to block the $1.4 billion purchase of shaving startup Harry's by Schick parent company Edgewell Personal Care.
FTC officials cited antitrust concerns.
“We continue to believe the combination of our two companies would bring together complementary capabilities for the benefit of all stakeholders, including customers,” Edgewell CEO Rod Little said.
